Does your resort have day use services?

Yes, our resorts have day use swimming, fishing, boat launch services as well as hourly and daily boat rentals. Day use fees are as follows:

Free everyday – 3 and under

Monday – Thursday

$5/person age 4 & up

Friday – Sunday/Holidays

$5/child age 4-17

$10/person 18 & up

Prices vary for boat and water equipment rentals. For more information on day use and boat rentals, please see our price sheet or give us a call.

What are your check-in and check-out times?

RV sites

1pm check-in/11am check-out

Cabins

3pm check-in/11am check-out

Does the resort have quiet hours each day?

Yes, quiet hours are from 10pm – 8am each day.

What are your payment, cancellation and refund policies?

Payment policy

Reservations made 14 or more days in advance of the arrival date require a 50% deposit due at time of booking. Full payment for the reservation is due at check-in.

Reservations made less than 14 days in advance of the arrival date require payment in full at time of booking.

For reservations that include holidays the entire cost of the reservation is due at booking.

Cancellation policy

Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance of the arrival date will be refunded the deposit paid less a $30 cancellation fee.

No deposits or payments will be refunded for cancellations made less than 30 days in advance of the arrival date of the reservation.

There are no refunds for holiday cancellations regardless of cancellation period notice. Holidays during our season are Memorial Day, Independence Day, and Labor Day.

Refund Policy

No refunds on or after arrival.

Refunds are prohibited for weather condition, voluntary departure, acts of nature, or evictions. Any refund processed will be refunded in the same form that it was originally paid. All refunds processed via credit/debit card, will be processed back to the original credit/debit card used, no exceptions.

Reservation fees are non-refundable.

RV rental FAQ

What amenities are included in the RV site rental?

  • 30 or 50 amp electrical
  • Water
  • Sewer
  • Picnic bench
  • Unlimited access to our fishing dock and swimming beach
  • Limited Wi-fi (Internet service is very limited in the area so may be very spotty)

Additional Extras (check in the office for availability and fees):

  • Wood Fire Pit
  • Firewood
  • Propane Fire Pit
  • Boat/Kayak/Canoe/Paddleboard Rental
  • Boat Slips
  • Boat Launch

Is there a Laundry Facility?

Yes, there is an on-site, coin-operated laundry facility available for the guest use.

Pet Policy

Maximum of 2 pets per site or cabin only. Dogs must always be on a leash. Pets are not to be left alone.  Chows, Pit Bulls, Doberman Pinschers, Rottweiler, and Wolf hybrids and any mix including these 5 are NOT allowed in our park due to insurance stipulations. Our beach and swim area are off limits to all dogs. For North Winona, dogs are permitted on the east side of the park, past the fishing dock and at WBR dogs are permitted to swim left of dock #2.

Pet Fee for RV site rental

$5.00 per pet, per day. $50 per pet per season. (for Seasonal RV guests)

 

Cabin Rental FAQ

Do I need to bring linens?

Yes, bring all linens you may need including bed sheets, blankets, and pillows as well as bath, kitchen, and beach towels. Beds contain a mattress cover only.  Bed linens can be provided for an additional fee. Check with the office for pricing and availability.

What is included in my cabin?

Cabins include the following for your convenience:

  • Dish washing liquid & sponge
  • Toilet tissue
  • Garbage bags
  • Broom & dust pan
  • Cookware, dishes, glassware, flatware, and utensils
  • Gas grill with propane (North Winona only) or Charcoal Grill
  • TV with DirecTV service (North Winona only)
  • Limited Wi-Fi (Internet service is very limited and may be spotty)

Kitchen Equipment includes:

  • Coffee Pot
  • Toaster
  • Stove (Rustic Cabin 8 has a hot plate only.)
  • Oven (Winona Cabins 1,2,3,4,5,7)
  • Refrigerator
  • Microwave Oven
  • Blender (North Winona only)

Is housekeeping available?

Each cabin is professionally prepared for your comfort and enjoyment before your arrival. There is no housekeeping service during your stay.

Can I bring my pet?

Yes, we encourage you to bring your pet to any of our pet friendly cabins. There is a refundable $100 pet cleaning/damage deposit added to your cabin charges and an additional $10.00 per pet per day resort fee. Our pet friendly cabins are limited and we recommend you book in advance.

What is your pet policy

Is there a cleaning fee for the Cabins?

Yes, a refundable $100.00 damage/cleaning fee is added to your charges.   After your cabin has been evaluated and inventory checked, if the cabin is left in good condition, your damage/cleaning fee will be credited back to you.

Do the Cabins have washers & dryers?

No. There is a coin-operated laundry facility in the resort and available for our guests to use.

Is the Cabin inventory checked?

Yes, before your arrival the cabins inventory is checked and counted.  Any discrepancies to this list should be brought to the attention of the housekeeping staff.  The inventory is rechecked after your departure.  Your damage/cleaning fee is affected by changes in this inventory.
