Yes, we offer day-use swimming, fishing, and boat launch services. Day use fees are as follows:

Every day:

Free for children aged 3 and under

Monday-Thursday:

$5/person (ages 4+)

Friday-Sunday/holidays:

$5/child (ages 4-17), $10/person (ages 18+)

Yes, we offer hourly and daily rentals of boats and water equipment (paddleboards, kayaks, aluminum rowboats, utility pontoons, and Starcraft pontoons). Prices vary, so please see our price sheet or give us a call.

Our check-in and check-out times are as follows:

RV sites:

Check-in 1 p.m. / Check-out 11 a.m.

Cabins:

Check-in 3 p.m. / Check-out 11 a.m.

Premium stays:

Check-in 4 p.m. / Check-out 11 a.m.

Yes, quiet hours are between 10 p.m. and 8 a.m. every day.

Payment Policy:

Reservations made 14 or more days in advance of the arrival date require a 50% deposit due at the time of booking. Full payment for the reservation is due at check-in.

Reservations made fewer than 14 days in advance of the arrival date and reservations that include holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day) require full payment at the time of booking and are non-refundable.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellations made 30 or more days in advance of the arrival date will be refunded the deposit less a $30 cancellation fee.

No deposits or payments will be refunded for cancellations made fewer than 30 days in advance of the arrival date or for cancellations of reservations that include holidays (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day).

Refund Policy:

We will make no refunds on or after the guest’s arrival.

We will make no refunds as a result of weather conditions, voluntary departures, acts of nature, or evictions. All refunds will be processed in the same form as originally paid. All credit/debit card refunds will be refunded to the original credit/debit card used.

Reservation fees are non-refundable.

Yes, we have an on-site, coin-operated laundry facility available for guest use.

We allow a maximum of 2 pets per site or cabin, and no pets may ever be left unattended. Dogs must always be kept on a leash. Please note that no pets are allowed in North Winona Cabins 1-4.

The beach and swimming area are off-limits to all dogs, but dogs are allowed to swim left of dock #2 at our South Winona location. In the North Winona location, dogs are permitted on the east side of the resort, past the fishing dock.

Our pet fees are as follows:

RV site rental:

$5/pet/day

Seasonal RV rentals:

$50/pet/season

Cabin rental:

$100 refundable deposit plus $10/pet/day

Every RV site rental includes:

• Full hookup with 30 or 50-amp electrical, water, and sewer*
• Unlimited access to our designated fishing dock(s) and swimming beach
• Limited Wi-Fi (service is spotty in the area)

*Dry RV campsites do not include electrical, water, and sewer hookups. Generators are not permitted.

Yes, bring all the linens you may need, including bed sheets, blankets, and pillows, as well as bath and beach towels. Beds have a mattress cover only.

Bed linens can be provided for an additional fee. Check with the office for pricing and availability.

Yes, we encourage you to bring your pet to any of our cabins.

You will be charged a refundable $100 pet cleaning/damage deposit and an additional $10 per pet per day. Please note that no pets are allowed in North Winona Cabins 1-4.

Yes, you will be charged a refundable $100 damage/cleaning fee, which we will refund once the cabin and its inventory have been checked and if everything is in good condition.

No, we have an on-site, coin-operated laundry facility available for guest use.

Large cabins (4-6 guests) are allowed for a maximum of two vehicles, studio cabins (1-2 guests) are allowed for a maximum of one vehicle, and any additional vehicles may be subject to a $50 fee per vehicle.

No, all linens are provided for premium stays.

Yes, we have motorboats, kayaks, paddleboards, and pontoons available to rent by the hour or the day. Non-motorized rentals come with paddles and life jackets, and motorized rentals come with life jackets and gas. All boat and equipment rentals are first come, first served.
